Schneider seeks ban on liquor licenses

TOPEKA (UPI1)—The attorney general's office filed a brief late day with the Kansas Supreme Court challenging the new liquor-in-restaurants law as a violation of the Kansas Constitution's prohibition against "open salons."
the issue in this case is not whether Kanasa has饮酒 by the drink, "Assistant Kanasa has饮酒 by the drink."
"The issue is whether it must be authorized by an amendment to Article 15, Section 10, of the Legislature may authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink under virtually any conditions which it chooses to define as being other than an adult."
