The Dr. Clemens Rucker Glaucoma Research Fund was established by Robert and Reine Rucker Hillier and the Managing MPs, Mo. Hartleys have pledged an additional $1 million will bring the fund's total to $50,000 next year. Clemens Rucker was born in Austria in 1883.
