"We had a good practice," he said. "We've always had since we started, and I think it showed. I felt the team was quicker today, and there was a little more life in it." In the morning session, Fambrough said, the team went through all phases of a training camp. They potted, put painting, placecking and kickoffs. In the afternoon, the team went through drills and some team work against the team's offensive and defensive formations.
