Taiwanese students plan 'Double Ten' celebrations

Tomorrow is Taiwan's 74th birthday, called "Double Ten," by Taiwanese students, referring to the 10th day of the 10th month, Patricia Ssuut, president of the Free China Club, said yesterday.
