BUDIMIR LONCAR, Yugoslavian ambassador to the United States, will give a lecture on U.S.-Yugoslavian relations at 2 in the Forum Room of the Union. The talk is being sponsored by the department of Soviet and East European Studies and the University Lecture Series.
GEORGE TIAO, professor of statistics and business at the University of Wisconsin, will discuss "The Statistical Analysis of Environmental Data," at 3:30 in the Computer Center Auditorium.
