He said that the employees thought Shisler had been fired, but he only had been relieved of authority. DEL CUPP said he had demoted Shisler on the advice of his insurance and bonding company. He said he couldn't elaborate on the reasons the company recommended the action. Hime said Shisler's demotion was Carol Parks, another employee, said five employees had walked off their jobs and wouldn't return to work unless Shiser was reinstated.
