Tickets scaled for title match
Tickets are still available for Saturday's college football rumble between third-ranked Michigan and fourth-ranked Ohio State. And that's the rub.

Advertisements offering to sell a total of 228 tickets have appeared in a Columbus newspaper. The asking price for a $7 ticket runs up to $200.
"Morally, ethically, it's distasteful," said Ohio State ticket director Bob Riebs. "It's the wrong way to do it."
Ries had to turn down ticket requests from 10,000 Buckeye alumni last summer because the Michigan-Ohio State game was a sellout.
"The alums see these ads and they really get hot," Ries said. "I've had at least 50 letters in the last two weeks from them." Ohio has no law against tigers
Despite scalpers' prices, more than 87,000 people are expected in the stadium, and millions more will be able to watch on national television as the two teams battle for the Big Ten Conference championship and a berth in the Rose Row...

But the Buckeyes-Wolverines clash isn't the only big game scheduled this Saturday. Top-ranked Oklahoma is at sixth-ranked Nebraska in a battle for the Big Eight Conference title. Nebraska is heading for the Sugar Bowl on Dec. 31. Oklahoma is barred from postseason play by the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
The winner of the Kentucky-Tennessee battle will head for the Liberty Bowel on Dec. 16 against Maryland. Eighth-ranked Southern California could climb its third straight trip to the Rose Bowl as the Pacific Eight champion if it gets by UCLA.
At least three other games this weekend could help fill out the bowl schedule.
Brigham Young University could nail down the Western Athletic Conference title and its first bowl trip ever—the Fiesta Bowl on State on December 28—with a victory over Utah.
Baylor, ranked No. 16, could take a big step toward the West conference交界. The Iowaown bovin by beating southern Methodist Saturday. Baylor hasn't beaten SMU since 1965.
Just to make matters interesting, this is the week for traditional rivalries.
In the annual Yale-Harvard combat, the unranked and unbeaten Yales could win the Ivy League championship. Indiana and Iowa renew their bid for the Old OakenBucket.
Other games in which victory is sweet revenge are Kansas-Missouri, Mississippi mississippi State, Tulane-Louisiana State, Minnesota-Wisconsin, Stanford-California, Washington-Washington State, Oregon-Oregon State, Duke-North Carolina, South Carolina-Clemson and Grambling-Southern.
