When canceling a classified ad that was charged on MasterCard or Visa, the advertiser's account will be credited for the unused days. Folders can be refunded ads that were pre-paid by check or with cash are available.
The advertiser may have responses sent to a blind box at the Kansan office for a fee of $4.00.
Classified rates are based on the number of consecutive day appointments and the size of the ad (the number of agate lines the ad occupies). To calculate the cost, multiply the total number of lines in the ad by the rate that it qualifies for. That amount is the cost per day. Then multiply the per day cost by the total number of days the ad will run.
