There is so much new technology surrounding digital development, you'll want to get sound advice before you decide which player is right for you. Sophisticated designs have improved the versatility and expanded the functions of the compact disc remarkably within the past two years and the future looks even brighter for this amazing bit of digitally-encoded material. DENON'S LATEST DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY PRODUCES HIGH-CALIBER SOUND. Praised by audiophile publications around the world, Denon's CD players illustrate their philosophy. It provides audibly better sound thanks to features such as the Double Super Linear Converter, digital filter and CALP analog filter. Super Linear Converter for high sound quality Super Linear Converter for high sound quality The Super Linear Converter totally eliminates the graininess cause by zero-cross distortion, for utterly pure and clean sound reproduction. Real-time D/A converter system for stable imaging Rear-time D/A converter system for stable imaging Three sample-and-hold switches are incorporated to match the signals after DA conversion. This prevents any phase shift in the audible range and assures highly stable localization and imaging. Audio amplifier circuits with DC configuration The audio section employs the DC configuration circuitry to faithfully amplify the signal supplied by the high-speed digital circuits. Four independent power supplies. Four separate power supplies are needed for the digital section, the external load and the display circuit, thereby eliminating interference between sections of the player. Huge capacitors further reinforce the power supply energy. ---
