American taxpayers' money has been used to supply the savage army of terror with cluster, phosphorous and concussion bombs. *1,500 innocent unarmed civilians have been massacred in the Sabra and Chatilla camps by Israeli supported and armed Phalangists. *Mr. Begin bluntly rejected the American peace plan as outlined recently by President Reagan and insisted that the West Bank and Gaza are Israeli territory.
