Original plans called for the center to open in July, but several factors combined to push the opening date back five times. The Gemini 6 capsule will arrive Thursday from the St. Louis Science Center. The Gemini 10 capsule has been at the space museum for the past year after being on display in Norway for more than a decade. Center.
