Brown, a Connecticut native and former investment banker, brought her progressive bluegrass style to the stage with a 16-song set, featuring a blend of jazz, classical, pop, Latin and bluegrass influences. The group demonstrated the eclectic mix with songs such as "Mambo Banjo," the Grammy Award-winning "Leaving Cottondale" and a jazz influenced Spiderman cartoon theme. They ended with a Cajun tune, "Etouffe Brutus?" Brown explained the inspirations behind her songs.
