CHANGING 'AGAIN'
Wescoe Hall originally was supposed to house two floors of cars, two of classrooms and 21 stories of faculty offices. After being cut on paper to only four floors of classrooms and offices, the concrete behemoth is undergoing its first physical change since its was completed in 1973.
