Staff Writer Citizens of the area surrounding the center on Wednesday obtained a temporary restraining order stopping work on the property because they pension because they say it will prevent. THE LINWOOD Center is a former public school building that opened last year as a satellite classroom building for KU classes. said yesterday that any order issued because of the hearing would be a temporary injunction that could be made permanent.
