If you are driving, take Mass. Street north of 6th. As you get to the other side of the bridge, you'll see a parking lot on your right. The main path is just south of the parking lot. The trails run for miles down the Kansas River and are pretty flat the entire way. Attention club team athletes: Want to add some hills to your run? When you turn around at your halfway point, take one of the many paths that run right next to the river through the trees. Find a friend, get out there and try it out!
