LGBTQ+ history is celebrated through the month of October, and the last week of October is asexual awareness week. Many students are glad that the University's programs hold events like the one on Friday. The month of November is trans awareness. Students from the LGBTQ+ community are invisible on this campus." Sam Ritchie, a junior from Minneapolis studying "Our society is so heteronormative," said Molly Kaup, a senior from Topeka studying linguistics.
