'Budget your time' Study does not make scholar dull boy The scholar's lot, some say, is not a particularly easy one. But Bill Coughlin, Wellsville junior, seems the exception to the rule. For Coughlin is a scholar or at least has the characteristics of one—with a 2.85 over-all grade point and a 3.0 in his mathematics major.
