Today's Cryptoquip Clue: C equals T ENTERTAINMENT Money thrown into crowd at concert. three injured BALTIMORE — Morgan State University police are considering whether to pursue criminal charges against rapper Lil' Wayne after someone threw money into a crowd during a performance, causing a melee that left three young women injured. It was unclear whether Lil' Wayne or a member of his entourage flung the bills into the crowd, said university Police Chief Adrian Wiggins. The artist will not be invited back to the campus, university officials said. Coleman said the majority of the cash consisted of $1 bills, but there were some $5, $10 and $20 bills. Two women, both age 20, suffered leg injuries and were taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital. A third was injured but refused medical treatment. "It was as dangerous a thing to do as standing in a crowded movie theater and shouting, 'Fire,'" said Clinton Coleman, a Morgan State spokesman. The concert Thursday night at the university's Hill Field House, which holds about 4,000 people, also featured Busta Rhymes and was sold out. Vickie Charles, Lil' Wayne's publicist at Universal Music Group, did not respond to messages left by The Baltimore Sun seeking comment. Lil' Wayne, whose legal name is Dwayne Michael Carter, was arrested in August on drug possession charges in Atlanta. He was nominated recently for three BET music awards.
