Police said someone broke a window frame to get into the garage, then stole a men's trail bicycle and pennies together valued at $322. AKU student'svehicle valued at $11,000 and 60 compact discs valued at $90 were stolen Friday in the 2300 block of Ranchero Drive, Lawrence police reported. A KU student's car was broken into Sunday night in the 1300 block of Kentucky Street, Lawrence police reported. Police said a car stereo, seven cassette tapes and damage to the car's driver's side door were together valued at $167. About $200 damage was done to the driver's side door of a car that was parked in the 2300 block of Murphy Drive, Lawrence police reported. Police said the car belonged to a KU student.
