ON THE RECORD A University of Kansas staff member was treated Thursday morning at Lawrence Memorial Hospital for grease burns, KU police reported. Police said the woman fell and spilled a pot of meat sauce on herself in the kitchen of Lewis Hall. from the KU student's apartment. Total losses were estimated at $220. A black 12-speed mountain bicycle was stolen early Thursday morning in the 1000 block of Connecticut Street, KU police reported. Police said a bicycle headlight and cable lock also were stolen A book bag and its contents valued together at $193.25 were stolen about 4:20 p.m. Thursday from a classroom at Robinson Center, KU police reported. A KU student's car was broken into about 2:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of W. 6th Street, Lawrence police reported.
