Greg Richard of Jim Plunkett Inc. of Kansas City, Kan., walks on the steep incline of one of three new roofs at Stouffer Place. Richard and other employees were laying down the shingle base yesterday afternoon on one of the roofs which will stop leaks at the apartment complex.
