Jane Pierce, department secretary, said the money raised would be used to purchase a new computer for the department. 42nd Rock Chalk chalks up $33,000 for United Way Kansan staff report Executive board members of the 42nd Rock Chalk Revue presented a $33,000 check last night to the Douglas County United Way. That donation is the largest in the history of the event, said Andy Martin, co-business manager of the Rock Chalk Revue. Although last night's presentation was mainly a ceremonial gesture, giving the money was a culmination of the student UU students involved with the Revive.
