Part of the apartment searching process is finding a good roommate, or roommates. Finding a compatible person to live with can be harder than finding the apartment itself. You have to consider multiple characteristics before signing the lease to your new place. Consider a few things before moving in with someone. Are you a messy person or a neat freak? Apartment conflicts over chores could arise. Also, you might think living with your best friend is a good idea, but think about your friendship and discuss if you think it is strong enough to withstand a few arguments.
