F. M. Thompson, a senior in the School of Law was called to his home in Herington, by the death of his father today.
Jim Smith, who was struck on the head with a pitched ball in Saturday's game with the Aggies, was removed to Dr. Jones' hospital yesterday afternoon. The doctor believes that Smith has a slight concussion of the brain but says that it is not serious.
