Spend on romance in June and on your home in August. You're in the right job in October. Retire an old debt in December. Make new plans in January, including travel. Your career is demanding in February.Meet with friends in March and take action to resolve an old issue in April. Rating System: 10 is the easiest day, 0 is the most challenging. Aries (March 21-April 19) — Today is an 8 — Your lucky streak continues through tonight. Set up a significant encounter this evening, but keep costs to a minimum. Choose hot dogs and a video at home rather than dinner and a movie. Taurus (April 20-May 20) — Today is a 5—Ponder all the possibilities one more time. If you want your decision to last, do it now. You won't get a better time for months. Buy something nice for your sweetheart and your home tonight. Gemini (May 21-June 21) — Today is an 8 — Help your favorite group communicate ideas this morning. Tone them down a little to increase effectiveness. If you're single, let a neighbor or sibling set you up with a blind date tonight. Cancer (June 22-July 22) — Today is an 8 — Do what needs to be done, and take some pressure off an authority figure. He or she is in a feisty mood, but it's not your fault. Do without something you don't need to stretch your paycheck. Leo (July 23-Aug. 22) — Today is a 7 — Give the job your full attention. If this means you have to postpone a date, so be it. Tomorrow is better for romance anyway. If you can get your current assignment finished, your luck will improve. Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) — Today is a 7 — If you're in love with your boss, set up a dinner date. If that's going to get either of you into trouble, scurry home early. Sparks could flare around then. Finish a horrid assignment before quitting time. Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 23) — Today is an 8 — You and your friends need to get together again, this time for dinner. It's a marvelous night for a party. If you're not going steady, a person from out of town is a likely candidate. Scorpio (Oct. 24-Nov. 21) Today is a 5 — Wrap up what you're working on. Make big decisions. You may have to work through a professional to get what you want. Choose the best money can buy. Even better, trade favors. Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) — Today is an 8 — Today is better than yesterday, because it's closer to the weekend. Schedule a romantic interlude for this evening. Invite the most fascinating conversationalist you know to join you. Get as far from the dull routine as you can. Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)— Today is a 6 — Move slowly again. Don't worry, everybody else will be doing the same. You love to consider all options before making a decision. That's an excellent idea now. Consult your favorite advisers, too. — Today is a 7 — You and your sweetheart can get something you want, if you're willing to pay the price. Talk about that later this evening. Meanwhile, figure out what you'd do if you were making the decision alone. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20) — Today is a 7 — Finish each job completely. Take your time and get it right you won't have to do it again. Take a romantic break for dinner, then get back to work. Tomorrow you'll have more time to play. DILBERT® BY SCOTT ADAMS Marino's contract ensures future The Associated Press MIAMI — Dan Marino's new three-year contract includes a no-trade clause and a signing bonus of $5.8 million, according to a published report yesterday. The contract Marino signed Tuesday will pay him $17.9 million through 1998, the Tampa Tribune reported. His average annual salary of $5.97 million ranks third among NFL quarterbacks, behind New England's Drew Bledsoe and Dallas' Troy Aikman. Besides the signing bonus, Marino's contract calls for a reporting bonus of $600,000 this year and a base salary of $2.8 million in 1996, $3.7 million in 1997 and $5 million in 1998, the Tribune reported. The contract also includes performance incentives. The no-trade clause will defuse speculation that new Dolphins coach Jimmy Johnson wanted to trade Marino. Johnson has repeatedly said that Marino is part of his plans to win a championship in Miami. Marino, 34, had one year remaining on his current contract, which was to pay him $4.45 million in 1996.
