Run Right is designed to help runners learn how to improve their running mechanics and race times. The clinic features video analysis, introduction to the proper running form, specific leg cycle drills and a question and answer session on distance training. It is open to all ages and abilities, but limited to the first 30 people who register. The $40 fee it includes a T-shirt.
