Beer Bill Now In State Senate

TOPEKA, Kan. —(UPI) - A bill prohibiting persons under 21 years of age from buying beer containing more than 3.2 per cent alcohol was introduced in the Senate Wednesday.
Under present statutes 18-year-olds can buy any cereal malt beverage classified as beer.
