J-School interns scatter for summer More than forty University of Kansas journalism students are continuing their summer education this month in newsrooms, advertising offices and radiotelevision studios throughout the United States. Nearly half of the students, mostly seniors in the William Allen White School of Journalism, will work as summer interns on Kansas media and the rest will scatter to distant points stretching from Florida to Hawaii. The students receive no college credit for their work but do receive pay and professional experience.
