A "WHITCHAMCALLIT" is an all-University affair, sponsored by the Association of University Residence Halls (AURH) and designed to give people somewhere to go after the Friday Flicks or a show. The second "Whatchamacallit" will be held this Friday night from 9-12 pm, at Hashinger Hall. This week a folk singing group will entertain and music will be provided on records for dancing. PROVISIONS for those who wish to play cards or chess will be available and a direct line from KUOK radio station will conduct interviews during the evening. Tschectelin said they plan to vary the entertainment as much as possible from week to week. When asked about the unusual name, "Whatchamacallit," Tchectelin explained that at the first few planning meetings several names were hashed around but nothing was decided upon." During the planning we referred to it as the whatchamacallit and the name stuck," he said.
