Dave Miller, Eudora junior, said Monday he had obtained 1,449 signatures on a petition concerning the issue and that the amount of signatures was enough to have the question put on the ballots. Miller said he thought if the increase of $7.50 in student fees for the building was voted down by the students, the Board of Regents might not allow the increase.
