My mom recommended this to me when I needed to take a side dish to a dinner. You just mix all the ingredients together, put them in a pan and stick the whole thing in the oven. It's one of the simplest dishes I've ever made. Ingredients: I can whole kernel corn, drained I can cream-style corn I package corn muffin mix (my mom recommends Jiffy, the one in the box) I cup sour cream ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted 1 to 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients, except the cheese, in a large bowl. Pour into a greased $ 9 \times1 3 $ dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
