From 2009 to 2011, the budget decreased by $18.9 million.In contrast, Missouri has the highest percentage of funding added, an increase of $16.5 million. Though Kansas has a much smaller budget, the number of patients seeking mental health services is significantly higher than in Missouri. Pakistan's military and civilian leadership condemned the strike in harsh language, demanding compensation for the victims and an apology. Pakistani Army Chief Gen.
