Briefs 'YOU' COALITION FORMED: The first coalition formally to announce its candidacy in the 1990 Student Senate election held a kick-off party last night at the Kansas Union. Michael Schreiner, Wakeeeney junior, said that he would run as president of the student coalition named YOU. Aimee Hall, Manhattan sophomore, will run as vice president. UNITED WAY CHAIRMAN NAMED: Alan Hack Jr., who has been a United Wheel volunteer for more than 10 years, was named He said that before last night the coalition had had about 40 members.
